1. Reservations and Payment You can make a reservation through our website or by contacting us directly. We require a valid credit card to make a reservation, and we’ll charge your card at the time of reservation. You may cancel or modify your reservation up to 24 hours before your scheduled pick-up time without incurring any additional charges. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be subject to a cancellation fee.
2. Transportation We’ll make every effort to provide you with reliable and timely transportation services. However, we cannot guarantee arrival or departure times due to factors outside of our control, such as traffic or weather conditions. We reserve the right to substitute a comparable vehicle or cancel a reservation in the event of an emergency or unforeseen circumstance.
3. Conduct We expect all passengers to behave in a courteous and respectful manner during transportation. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service to anyone who engages in disruptive or unlawful behavior.
4. Liability We’re not responsible for any lost or damaged personal belongings during transportation. We’re also not liable for any injuries or damages sustained during transportation, except as required by law.
5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflicts of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.
