We keep only what your ride needs, and we never sell it.
What we collect
Your name, phone number, email, pickup and drop-off addresses, flight details and any notes you give us.
Payments
Card payments are processed and stored securely by Stripe, our payment processor. If you give us your card details to keep on file, we enter them directly into Stripe and do not write them down or keep them on our own systems. After that, we can see only the card type, the last four digits and the expiry date.
How we use it
To arrange and carry out your rides, send confirmations and receipts, answer your questions and keep normal business records.
Who sees it
Only the people and services needed for your ride: your driver, and the services we use to take payments and send emails and texts. We do not sell or rent your information.
Text messages
If you give us a mobile number, we may text you about your ride. Reply STOP at any time to stop.
