Our services
Ramapo Limo is a locally owned car service in Fair Lawn, New Jersey. We provide airport transfers, point-to-point rides, hourly chauffeur service, corporate travel and special-event transportation across North Jersey and the New York area.
With hourly service, the driver stays with you for the time you book, including waiting time and stops along the way, billed at the agreed hourly rate. Pets are welcome with advance notice.
Partner car services
Like many local car services, we also complete rides for other car service companies. These rides are booked and paid through the partner company.
Booking and prices
You can book by phone, text, email or on our website. We confirm your price before the ride. Prices we quote are all-inclusive unless we tell you otherwise when you book. Hourly service is billed for the time of service at the rate agreed with you.
Payment
We accept major credit and debit cards through Stripe, our secure payment processor. You can pay by a secure payment link, by a card kept on file with your permission, or by invoice for approved corporate accounts. A receipt is emailed after each payment.
Waiting time and extras
A reasonable free waiting time is included with every ride, and we track flights for airport pickups. Extra waiting time, extra stops or other added services may be charged; we tell you in advance or show them on your receipt.

Delays and responsibility
We plan every ride carefully, but we are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures or airport holds. If a vehicle becomes unavailable, we send a comparable vehicle or give you a full refund. Our responsibility is limited to the amount paid for the ride.
On board
Seat belts are required, and smoking or vaping is not allowed. Cleaning or damage caused by a passenger may be charged. The driver may end a ride if a passenger's behavior is unsafe.
